Frequently asked questions

Is landing time the same as pickup time? No. Getting off the aircraft, arrival procedures and baggage collection can take additional time. Discuss the pickup plan rather than assuming a fixed interval.

What if my flight is delayed? Send the updated flight information and ask whether the pickup arrangement can be adjusted. This page does not promise automatic flight tracking or waiting.

Where will we meet? Ask for the specific permitted meeting location and follow current airport instructions. Do not rely on a guessed door or curb location.

What address in Dorado should I provide? Send the hotel name and entrance or full accommodation address. Confirm the quote and payment method for your destination before booking.
