For a taxi from San Juan to Dorado, two complete addresses make the request clearer: where you will meet the driver and where you want to arrive. Send Dorado Taxi the street address, property name and relevant entrance details for each location.

Check the address before booking

Compare the address in your accommodation confirmation with your map pin. If the pin points to a different entrance, ask the property which location vehicles should use. Include building or gate instructions only when they are needed for your trip.

Frequently asked questions

Is a resort name enough? Add the confirmed address and entrance. Large properties can have different arrival areas; ask your host or reception for the one intended for your booking.

What if the Dorado property is gated? Ask your host how visitors enter and whether anyone needs to authorize access. Share practical arrival instructions with Dorado Taxi before the trip.

Can I send a map pin? Yes, but include the written address too and confirm that both describe the same destination. A pin alone may not explain the correct entrance.

What if my accommodation changes? Send the new address promptly and request updated confirmation. Ask whether the change affects the quote or route. Confirm passenger and bag counts, pickup location, fare and payment method directly.
