A successful pickup at Luis Munoz Marin Airport depends on clear communication. For your taxi to Dorado, confirm the meeting instructions directly with Dorado Taxi. Luis Muñoz Marín is SJU, the same destination also called San Juan Airport.

Keep the meeting details together

Save the agreed contact number, flight information and Dorado address before traveling. After collecting your luggage, describe where your party is located and follow the confirmed instructions for a permitted pickup point. Use airport signs and staff guidance if you need help finding your location.

Frequently asked questions

Should I go outside before contacting the driver? Follow your confirmed arrangement. Avoid moving between exits without telling the driver where you are.

How can I identify my location clearly? Send the terminal or exit information shown on signs and a brief description of your position. Do not guess a door number from an old guide.

What if my phone cannot connect? Plan a way to reach the agreed contact before traveling. If your communication changes, tell Dorado Taxi as soon as possible and confirm the new plan.

Can someone book for another traveler? Share the actual traveler’s reachable contact and trip details with their consent. Confirm who will communicate at pickup, the destination, fare and payment method.
