A hotel departure from Dorado starts with a clear meeting point. Luis Munoz Marin Airport is SJU, also called San Juan Airport. Give Dorado Taxi the property name and exact entrance when requesting your airport trip.

Prepare at the hotel

Ask reception which entrance vehicles use and whether access instructions apply. Finish checkout, retrieve stored bags and keep your phone reachable. Share your flight date, airline, passenger count and luggage before agreeing to a pickup schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Should I wait in the lobby or outside? Confirm the meeting point directly. A lobby, driveway or another entrance may require different instructions; do not assume the driver can enter every area.

Can reception arrange the ride? You can ask hotel staff for help, but verify the contact, trip details and pickup confirmation yourself. Keep the agreed details on your phone.

What if checkout takes longer? Tell the driver promptly and ask whether the arrangement can be adjusted. A request for a change is not a confirmed change.

Which airport name should I give? SJU and Luis Muñoz Marín identify the same destination. Send your airline and flight number to clarify the departure details. Confirm your fare and payment method before booking.
